Space & power · Operator · Enterprise deploying its own kit

Power first. Everything after that is a detail.

Colocation, megawatts, density and cooling, matched against capacity that actually exists, on dates that actually hold. We do not own facilities, which is exactly why we can tell you which ones are wrong for you.

You’re here because
  • You have hardware arriving on a date and nowhere confirmed to put it.
  • Your kW-per-rack figure quietly rules out most of the market, and the tours you have been on have not mentioned it.
  • Three sites gave you a ready-for-service date. You believe one of them.
  • The metro you named turned out to be interpreted generously.
  • You need direct-to-chip liquid now, or you will next generation, and the shortlist is completely different either way.
  • You are being shown a powered shell and a render, and being asked to treat it as capacity.

Power is the gating constraint in this market and it is not getting looser. Everything else, space, term, price, carrier mix, is downstream of whether the energy is there and contracted.

What we do

We qualify on the constraints that actually disqualify.

Qualifying

We qualify on what disqualifies.

Day-one megawatts and the scale ceiling. kW per rack. Air, direct-to-chip or immersion. Redundancy tier. The four or five facts that cut the list from thirty to three.

Reality check

We separate live capacity from pipeline.

Energised capacity, build-to-suit, powered shell and under-development are four products sold with the same vocabulary. We tell you which one you are being offered.

Connectivity

We match the whole requirement.

Carrier neutrality and who is on-net. Cross-connects. Cloud on-ramps. Dark fibre and subsea adjacency. Metro precision, not a region label.

Structure

We tell you where term buys access.

In constrained markets, contract length is often what gets you in the door. We show you where flexing the term opens capacity that price alone will not.

What we won’t do

The limits, up front.

  • We don’t own facilities and we don’t resell space. No floor to fill, no bias about where you land.
  • We won’t call a shell available capacity. If the power is not contracted, we say so.
  • We won’t introduce you to eight operators to look busy. Two or three that fit, or we tell you the requirement does not have a good answer in that metro yet.
  • We won’t guess on a date. We would rather come back tomorrow with the real one.
What else we handle

If the space is the problem today, one of these is usually the problem next:

  • The hardware to fill itServers, storage, switching and optics, without the OEM premium, staged and burnt in before it ships.Hardware & capacity
  • Getting it into the countryImporter of record, customs, duties and VAT recovery.
  • Connecting the sitesPrivate links, DCI and dark fibre when two facilities need to behave as one.
  • Filling what you do not useIf you hold more capacity than you need, that becomes an off-take conversation rather than a write-off.Hardware & capacity
How we get paid

You pay the supplier direct.

Here’s exactly what happens.

01Twenty minutes.

Megawatts, density, cooling, metro, ready-for-service date. Bring the constraints, not the brief.

02We come back by a date.

With the operators who can genuinely serve it, and an honest read on the ones who mean eventually.

03You decide.

We introduce and step back. No cost at any point.
